All rights reserved. *********************************************************************************************** Robert Earl Wilson - Madison Parish, Louisiana From The Monroe News-Star (LA), Thursday, October 24, 1957 TALLULAH (Special) - Funeral services for Robert Earl Wilson, 30-year-old former resident of Madison parish who was killed in an auto accident in Arizona last Friday, were held here Thursday. Death came to the native of Morehouse parish when he turned over in his auto at Bisbee, Ariz. where he was employed as a mechanic. He was driving alone. The funeral was held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. from the Chapel of Crothers Funeral Home with the Rev. C. A. Johnston officiating. Burial followed in the Silver Cross Cemetery under the direction of Crothers. Survivors include his mother, Mrs.Lola Dickerson, Shreveport; his father, Lonnie Wilson, Bastrop; one brother, J. W. of Tallulah; one sister, Miss Dianne Wilson, Bastrop; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Bud King, Leland Walter, Gus Willett, J. T. Fulton, W. C. Workman, and W. E. Bradley.
