All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Eula Roberta Wooten - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, September 15, 1961 Services for Area Resident Held On Tuesday Services for Mrs. Eula Roberta Wooten, 57, of Sondheimer, who died in a Vicksburg hospital Monday after a lengthy illness, were held at the Crothers Funeral Home Chapel Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 p. m. The Rev. Homer Mercer of Epps officiated with burial following in the Silver Cross cemetery. A native of Bude, Miss., she had resided in East Carroll Parish for the past 24 years. Survivors include her husband, Lee Wooten; two sons, D. E. Wooten of Jackson, Miss., and B. L. Wooten of Houston, Texas; two daughters, Mrs. C. F. McNair of Lake Providence and Mrs. E. L. Street of Sondheimer; one brother, L. T. Hoffman of Chico, California; three sisters, Mrs. Eva Kinkaid of Houston, Texas, Mrs. Eunice Lundy and Mrs. Ethel Dent, both of Monroe, and 11 grandchildren.
