All rights reserved. ************************************************ Frances Browning Wyly - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post November 2000 TALLULAH - Services for Frances Browning Wyly were at 11 a.m. Wednesday at First Methodist Church of Tallulah with the Rev. Fred Fulton officiating. Mrs. Wyly died Sunday, Nov. 19, 2000, at her home in Tallulah. She was 85. She was born in Monroe. She graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor of arts in education and Mississippi College with a master's degree in counseling. She was a retired teacher and counselor with more than 40 years of service in Lake Providence and Tallulah. She was a member and former officer of Lambda Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma. She was former regent of the Daughters of the American Revolution, a member of Kappa Delta Sorority, Kappa Delta Pi and First United Methodist Church where she was a Sunday school teacher. She is survived by her husband, James Grady Wyly Jr. of Tallulah; a daughter, Myrtis Wyly of New Orleans; two sons, Fred B. Wyly of Tallulah and James Grady Wyly III of Bay St. Louis; three grandchildren, Katherine Laura Wyly, James Grady Wyly IV and William Connor Wyly; and other relatives including Teri Wyly of Bay St. Louis.
