All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Wilma Heath Young - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal July 23, 1997 Funeral services for Mrs. Wilma Heath Young, age 81, of Tallulah, were held 2 p.m. Friday, July 18, 1997, at First Baptist Church, Tallulah, with the Rev. John Rushing officiating. Burial followed in Riverview Cemetery in Monroe, La. Mrs. Young died Wednesday, July 16, 1997, at St. Francis Medical Center, Monroe. She was born Dec. 4, 1915, in Mangham, La. Mrs. Young was a housewife and a member of First Baptist Church in Tallulah. She was preceded in death by her husband. James E. Young Sr. and one son. Phil Edward Fortenberry. Survivors include one son, Jimmy E. Young of Monroe; one daughter, Cookie Young Smith of Albany, Ga.; one brother, Sonny Heath of Rayville, La.; one sister, Winn H. Brown of Rayville; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Tom Heath, Joe Heath, Roy Ray Heath, Ricky Spencer, H. L. Brown and Brandon Brown. Young's Funeral Home of Ferriday was in charge of arrangements.
