Transcribed by Tabitha Weekly Fullmer, Frederick William - will, 1843 No 36144 Last Will and Testament Filed March 4th 1873 State of Louisiana Parish of Orleans Be it known that on the Twenty eighth day of the month of February AD eighteen hundred and sixty seven, I John French Coffey, a notary public, in and for the parish of Orleans, therein duly commissioned and sworn, was this day called to the residents of Mrs. Barbara Haleisreitinger situate corner of Fulton, St Thomas and Pleasant Streets in the fourth district of this city, for the purpose of receiving the Last Will and Testament of Frederick William Fullmer, and being there at the hour of five o’clock pm. I found him in his real state of health, sound in mind, memory and understanding as he appeared to me. Notary and to the witnesses herein after named and undersigned, and the said Fredrick William Fullmer dictated his Last Will to me as follows’: My name is Frederick William Fullmer, I am a native of New Orleans. I am on Will be forty years of age on the fifth day of June, I married my wife Catherine Barbara Eagle on the twentieth of February 1847. I have eight children living, named Mary Elizabeth, Frederika Josephine, Amelia Louisa, Frederick William, Ruernie Celia, Catherine and Charles; I give to my wife the said Catherine Barbara Fullmer, the meufuch during her lifetime of all the property I may have in possess at the time of my death; and I nominate and appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament giving her full possession of my estate. John A Mayer and Frederick W. Gras, mature of age, of this Parish and I notary have written the will in presence of the testate and the said witnesses, as he dictated it, and having reads it to him in their presence in an audible and intelligible voice he declared to me notary that he understood the same well and that the same was his last will and testament. Done without interruption or turning aside to other acts. In testimony whereof the said testator has signed there presents in the presence of the witnesses and me notary and said witnesses and I notary have signed the same in his presence and in presence of each other, on the day and at the place aforesaid.
