ITALY, on the 23RD day
of NOVEMBER, anno Domini 1866; I now
reside at White Castle, La under the
jurisdiction of said Court.
I emigrated to the United States of America from
CORLEONE, ITALY
on the vessel PARIC, foreign residence was CORLEONE, ITALY.
It is
my bona fide intention to renounce forever all allegiance and
fidelity
to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty,
and particularly to
KING VICTOR EMMANUEL III, KING OF ITALY, of
which I am now a subject; I
