The National Archives and Records Administration stores the following military records:

• Older military personnel records (generally prior to 1917) are on file at: Textual Archives Services Division

• Military records from 1917 - present are held in the: National Military Personnel Records Center
  St. Louis, Missouri

As you receive your information, if your ancestor served in a Lafourche regiment, please submit to the Parish Coordinator. I will post your serviceman's name with your email address attached.
